Electronic component mounting using conductive ink and
IH reflow technology
Previously, it was difficult to solder electronic components to low heat
resistant materials (PET film, paper, cloth, etc.) and high heat
dissipating materials (glass, ceramic, etc.). By using Sakata Inx’s
conductive inks and Wonder Future Corporation’s IH reflow technology, it
is now possible to mount electronic components on these materials.
The introduction of such printed electronics technology will expand our
customers’ options for materials, components, and mounting methods in
the development of new products. We will contribute to the realization
of unprecedented high value-added products in various fields such as
automotive, wearable products and digital signage.
Due to the spread of the COVID-19 infection, we were forced to lock down our
Hubei Plant and were unable to carry out production activities. However,
our plant in another area (Dongguan Plant) took over as an alternative
in a hurry to ensure smooth production backup. As a result, we were able
to continue supplying products to our customers without any major impact
on their production lines.
CASE:03
Support for local procurement
For a customer who was considering outsourcing the PCB mounting process to
expand overseas production, we delivered PCB mounted products
manufactured at our local plant. We were able to support the smooth
start-up of production and meet the customer’s needs for physical
production.
CASE:04
Support for transferring production sites overseas
The customer was considering outsourcing the production of products that they
had been producing at their own factory, but had given up on doing it
themselves due to the shortage of manpower in Japan. We proposed and
supported the smooth start-up of overseas production by supplying
Japanese electronic parts and mounting products using our global
network.
CASE:05
Support for outsourcing through strategies to reduce
investment in PCBA production processes
Due to the investment strategy of our customers to invest management
resources in product development and other processes, there is a growing
tendency to outsource PCBA production processes that require investment
in manufacturing equipment such as SMT lines. We will strive to expand
our business by meeting the outsourcing needs of various customers.
CASE:06
Manufacturing support for companies newly entering the
automotive business
At the request of a customer planning to enter the in-vehicle business from a
different field, we provided manufacturing support as a manufacturing
partner, utilizing our expertise in manufacturing in-vehicle related
equipment.
CASE:07
Supply of finished products to fabless companies
On behalf of fabless customers who do not have their own production
functions, we handle everything from the procurement of materials
required for products to board mounting and assembly of finished
products, and deliver these products to them.
