The production system that SIIX aims for
We utilize the mounting and manufacturing technical capabilities we have built up through our manufacturing experience to carry out high-quality production activities in various fields.In order to achieve uniform quality worldwide, we have established an efficient and high-quality production system through information sharing, automation, and labor-saving.
SIIX standard manufacturing
SIIX handles a wide range of electronic devices, including automotive and industrial equipment, which require high quality. To achieve this, we conduct our production activities under strict standards to achieve global quality, including temperature and humidity control during the manufacturing process, ESD control (anti-static measures), dust and dirt control, and real-time component management. Furthermore, in the inspection process, we have a wide range of equipment, including 3D PCB inspection equipment (3D AOI) a nd X-ray automatic inspection equipment (AXI), which we utilize effectively to achieve high quality. We have also established a traceability system for each process, from receiving components to mounting, assembly, and shipping, in order to meet the trust of our customers.

Strengths of EMS in the automotive field
We have been involved in EMS in the in-vehicle equipment field since the 1990s, and have responded to orders requiring higher quality to ensure safety. As demand for CASE (connected, automated, shared, electrified) increases, we will continue to meet customer needs based on the experience and technology we have cultivated so far.
