In order to reduce the “transitional costs” borne by our customers,
SIIX has added plastic molding
factories to its existing EMS factories at its bases in the
Philippines and Indonesia (Batam) to deliver more integrated
and modularized products.
Molded resin parts are supplied individually or assembled onto mounting boards
at the EMS factory to a wide range of industries, including automotive, medical,
office automation, optical equipment, and industrial equipment. We
also use a wide variety of resin raw materials, from general-purpose
resins to engineering plastics.

- A comprehensive mold maintenance (repair and modification) system (24-hour system)
- Through a technical partnership with Mold Tech, the largest company in the field of mold texturing, we are able to handle mold texturing in-house (with resident engineers).
- Electric servo-driven injection molding machines enable more stable precision molding and are also capable of two-color molding and insert molding.
- We are committed to providing technical proposals and work with customers to consider component structure, resins to be used, and molding methods.
- For secondary processing, we have various printing equipment (pad printing, silk printing, laser processing), metal heat welding, metal part press-fitting, humidifying ovens, and annealing furnaces.
- After molding, the product is combined with a mounting board at the EMS factory to form a composite module, or delivered as a finished product.
